• The device must be returned in unused condition, free of scratches or damage, and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and cables included.

• Products that show signs of use, impact, or exposure to improper electrical sources will not be eligible for return.

• Wrong model delivered.

• Device arrives damaged or defective.

• Missing accessories or incomplete package.

• Once the returned device is received and inspected by our technical team, we will inform you of the approval status.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days.

• Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the purchase (bank transfer, credit card, or cash).

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to JDWELD’s error.
